Confusion around check-in was a hassle. forms were not found despite prior submission, causing a wait outside. The room overlooking the street did not match the promised canal view, and the bathroom showed signs of age with stains. Noise from traffic was noticeable, and there was some discomfort due to the hot climate as we couldn’t cool the room effectively during the night.

The property is in an ideal location close to the train station, which made it easy for my travels. I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The room was beautifully designed with a perfect blend of comfort and cleanliness. The view of the nearby landmarks was a delightful addition to my experience.

Just a perfect match for a brief stop-in in Venice with value for price. The shower was outstandingly good, and I enjoyed the warm, comfy bed after long days of exploring. Be prepared for some early morning noise from the boats nearby.

I stayed in the Superior Double or Twin Room with Terrace for 3 nights. The terrace was awesome for breakfast and drinks, really added to our vibe. The room had its own character, felt cozy. The fridge with free drinks was a nice touch too! But it was a bit cold at night, could've used better heating.
